If you submitted a donation through our online form and provided a mailing address, you will receive an acknowledgement letter in the mail.

We are using a new online donation process and want to be sure it’s working for our donors. If you had any difficulty with the process please email us at development@hawaiiwildlifecenter.org.

For Retail Purchases:

If you have made a purchase through our online store, we will get your order ready and you’ll receive a followup email with tracking information once your order ships. We’re usually pretty speedy, but sometimes this can take up to three business days (Our business days are Tuesday through Saturday).
